Donation Of The YearPeugeot UK has donated a brand new Peugeot 5008 1.6 HDi to BEN, the Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund. The car will be used to transport staff and residents at the Lynwood care centre in Sunninghill, Berkshire for the next year.

The Peugeot 5008 is a versatile seven-seat, with individually reclining and adjustable middle seats which gives the passengers exceptional levels of comfort. It also provides a maximum 5-star EuroNCAP protection for all occupants, whilst it's refined and efficient HDi diesel engine makes it affordable and clean to drive.
The new Peugeot 5008 won a boot-full of awards in its first year, including 'Scottish MPV of the Year', What Car? 'Best MPV', What Car? Green Awards MPV and Diesel Car magazine's 'MPV of the Year' and 'Car of the Year'.
Jon Goodman commenting on the donation: "BEN does fantastic work to look after people from the automotive industry in times of need and, of course, getting around safely and comfortably is key to carers and residents. Peugeot has long been a supporter of the charity and Im delighted we can help again this year."
BEN Chief Executive, David Main, commenting after receiving the keys to the Peugeot 5008: "This may be the motor industry but we are a charity and rely on the support of organisations and individuals to maintain our levels of care. We are extremely grateful to Peugeot for once more coming to our aid with the fabulous 5008. It's certainly right up there with the best in its class and it will undoubtedly go a long way to improving the lives of our residents and carers."
